Join us for a 1-day workshop where you'll create your own halterneck waistcoat, inspired by the Africa Fashion exhibition, with experienced designer and tailor Lorraine Mitchell.
The workshop will cover the basics of tailoring including hand stitching, how to use sewing machines, Ankara construction, handling fabrics and includes entry to the Africa Fashion Exhibition from 10.00 - 11.00.
This will be a great opportunity to gain practical skills and make your own garment to take home.
