Dr Jocelyn Imani  photo

Dr Jocelyn Imani is a storyteller, public historian, and community organiser. She will discuss her extensive experience developing audience-centered and relevant programming. She will also provide a brief overview of her research which explores student activism in the Black Power era. She is currently the Mellon Curatorial Fellow at the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture. Previously she served as a Park Ranger at the United States National Park Service.

Dr. Imani’s talk will be followed by a Q&A session and drinks reception
