Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment, on purpose, and with compassion. When detached from the past or the future, focusing on the present gives our mind a chance to rest. The quiet of the museum in the evening provides an ideal space for this contemplative practice. Join us for an introductory course to mindfulness and meditation, Tuesday evenings in the Globe of the Europe galleries.
