This one-day workshop will provide an overview of the financial, curatorial, legal and practical considerations of establishing a residency programme. The course will focus on the practicalities of working with resident artists, from the fundraising stage to the selection process, the production of new work, displays, copyright, contracts and learning/public engagement programmes.
