Discover how luxury fabrics played a significant role in development of the Mughal Empire. Textiles carried the feel of a faraway lover, the climate of a homeland and the influence of the emperor across the Mughal realm.

We're delighted that this years' annual Benjamin Zucker Lecture on Mughal Art will be delivered by Sylvia Houghteling, Assistant Professor, Department of History of Art, Bryn Mawr College, Pennsylvania.

Doors open at 18.30 and the lecture is followed by a reception. Admission free but booking is essential. Please use the Exhibition Road Entrance.
