Looking at the V&A’s Japan Gallery and contemporary examples of manga as inspiration, explore a range of techniques and work to create your own manga character and layout a story page. This session is led by Karen Rubins, former V&A Artist in Residence.
No previous experience required, suitable for beginners.
There is only a 30 minute lunch break, so it is advisable to bring a packed lunch.
All attendees will need to complete a copy of the emergency contact form, a copy is sent digitally with your ticket when booking online. Blank forms will also be made available on arrival at the event.
