D&T Evening: Their Future Starts Here
Friday 6 July 2018, 17.30 – 20.30
Using the exhibition, The Future Starts Here, as the basis for this evening event, join the V&A Learning team to explore the importance of design skills for the future. Hear from leading design experts and take part in practical workshops to delve deeper into some of the concepts explored. Designer-led workshops will support preparing students for the D&T GCSE, including NEAs.
By the end of the event, participants will have:
- Discussed and debated future design skills and education
- Explored cutting-edge design concepts showcased in the V&A’s exhibition, The Future Starts Here
- Engaged in innovative learning sessions with professional designers
- Developed new ideas to take back to the classroom
